Order Cancellations

Once an Online order is placed, Kirthi Foods begins to process the order very quickly. But, it is possible to cancel an order during the “Processing” period.

Before shipping your order, you can cancel an item/order during this time. Once the order moves into the “Shipping” process, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

Online order refunds will be issued to the credit card/debit card/net-banking account that you had used during the transaction as per the payment refund policy by Payment integration service provider.

Refunds are processed at the maximum of 3 - 5 business days from the date on which the items are returned.
